Referral Program Terms

Give a month, get a month. Share your Online Waiver Software referral link or code. When a business signs up with it and starts a paid plan, their first paid month is free. On an annual plan the discount is one month's worth (the yearly price divided by 12).

What you earn

You earn one free month after the business you referred pays its first full invoice following its free month. A free month is a credit on your account worth one month of your plan. On an annual plan, that is the yearly price divided by 12.

If you are on the Free plan

Your credit is held and applied when you move to a paid plan.

Yearly limit

You can earn up to 12 free months per calendar year. Referrals past that are still tracked but earn nothing more that year.

Who is not eligible

You can't refer yourself or your own business. That includes a sign-up that shares your payment card, your company email domain, a member of your team, or your billing account. Businesses that already had a Online Waiver Software account are also not eligible.

Refunds and disputes

If the referred business's payment is refunded or disputed before you earn the free month, that referral doesn't earn one. A free month you've already earned stays on your account.

Links and codes

If you click more than one referral link, the first one counts. Links are remembered for 60 days on this device. A code typed at sign-up or checkout replaces any link you clicked.

Other terms

Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred. We may change or end the program at any time; rewards already earned stay on your account. Questions? Email support@onlinewaiversoftware.com.
