This policy describes how Online Waiver Software(operated by SaaSMosaic) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use the Service. When you sign a waiver on a business's Online Waiver Software-powered page, that business — not SaaSMosaic — is the data controller for the waiver content.

What we collect

• Account information you provide (name, business name, email, billing details).
• Waiver data submitted by your customers — name, contact information, signature image, identity-document scan (if your template requires it), photos, and the answers to each block question.
• Technical telemetry — IP address, user agent, page URLs, click events.

How we use it

We use the data to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, improve the product, and (where permitted) communicate with you about your account. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing
