Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-05-28 · placeholder pending counsel review
This policy describes how Online Waiver Software(operated by SaaSMosaic) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use the Service. When you sign a waiver on a business's Online Waiver Software-powered page, that business — not SaaSMosaic — is the data controller for the waiver content.
What we collect
- Account information you provide (name, business name, email, billing details).
- Waiver data submitted by your customers — name, contact information, signature image, identity-document scan (if your template requires it), photos, and the answers to each block question.
- Technical telemetry — IP address, user agent, page URLs, click events.
How we use it
We use the data to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, improve the product, and (where permitted) communicate with you about your account. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing
We share data with (a) sub-processors who help us run the Service (for example, payment processors, email providers, cloud infrastructure, analytics); (b) parties to whom you direct us to share (for example, booking-platform integrations, CRM connectors); and (c) government or law-enforcement bodies as required by law.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. Email support@onlinewaiversoftware.com to exercise these rights.
Children
Our Service is not directed at children under 13. When a business's template requires parental consent for a minor signer, parental consent flows through the standard signing path and the parent is the relevant data subject.
Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to account holders by email.
