Partner program
If your software serves many Online Waiver Software customers, such as a booking system, point of sale or CRM, become a partner. Customers connect their own account to your product, and you never handle their password.
How it works
- Apply below. We review applications within 2 business days.
- Once approved you get a sandbox account to build and test against.
- You register your redirect address and receive a client id and client secret for the connect flow.
- Customers press Connect in your product and approve access in their account.
- You exchange the code for a key that works for that one business.
The sandbox
The sandbox is a separate account with sample waivers and customers, so you can create signing links, read signings and receive webhooks without touching real customer data. The endpoints and responses are the same as in production, so what works there works live.
The connect flow
Send the customer to this address from your product. redirect_uri must match one you registered, and state is any opaque value you want back, such as a session id you check on return.
https://app.onlinewaiversoftware.com/connect/<partnerPublicId>?redirect_uri=<registered uri>&state=<opaque>The customer signs in, sees what you ask for, and approves. They are then sent back to your redirect address with a one-time code and your state. Check the state, then exchange the code from your server:
curl -X POST https://app.onlinewaiversoftware.com/api/v1/partner/token \
-H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-d '{
"grant_type": "authorization_code",
"code": "CODE_FROM_THE_REDIRECT",
"client_id": "YOUR_CLIENT_ID",
"client_secret": "YOUR_CLIENT_SECRET",
"redirect_uri": "<registered uri>"
}'The answer holds an API key for that one business:
{
"access_token": "wp_live_...",
"business": { "id": "...", "name": "Harbor Yoga Studio" },
"scopes": ["signings:read", "signing_links:write"]
}Use access_token as a bearer token, exactly like any other key. Keep it and your client secret on your server. If the customer disconnects you, the key stops working.
